We just stayed overnight for a concert, the suite was absolutely beautiful! I loved the full size bathroom with the walk-in shower and jacuzzi tub! We'll definitely be coming here again in the future! 😀

We loved our room. only thing was it had a fantastic Kitchenette, but were unable to use because we had no dishes or silverware. we had a perfect visit and plan on staying there again someday.

What a fantastic stay at the Palms Place! We arrived very early and was greeted by the front desk staff politely and was allowed to check in early to an upgraded room for my honeymoon! Beautiful top floor corner suite with an entire strip view all the way from Stratosphere to Mandalay Bay. The one bedroom suite has stunning amenities like a whirlpool tub inside the master bedroom overlooking the strip views, full kitchen, fireplace, huge rainfall shower, and separate vanity. We ordered room service late one night and it came quickly and was delicious. Finally, we were also able to check out a little later. Overall one of the best experiences I’ve had in Las Vegas. I would definitely come back and highly recommend the hotel to others!

The hotel is very nice . I had a suite room with a nice kitchen area which is perfect to go and get ur own groceries when ur tired of eating fast food. Pool was beautiful. The hotel also has a movie theater but the casino was super new so I didn’t really care for their slots. Also I booked on Vegas.com and the resort fee they charged at the hotel was a little higher that what was stated on Vegas.com overall great hotel with great amenities and would definitely recommend.

We had a great suite with panoramic views of the city. I was expecting to have to search around for restaurants with good reviews for our meals but one breakfast buffet at the ACER convinced me not to look too much further. The Sunday Buffet was particularly good and staff were very friendly and accommodating when we had to switch tables. Room service was great, fast and delicious. We spent two afternoons in the spa. It is a beautiful area, including a lovely heated rooftop pool and hot tub. The spa itself looked like it could use some maintenance and there was hair floating around in the hot pool. Other than that, it was very nice. I would definitely go back and would recommend it to friends.

The PALMS PLACE was wonderful. One of the BEST hotels i have ever stayed in. We had a problem with the room that we were staying in, but front desk switched out our rooms without any problems. :*) They were helpful and very polite. There were NO other problems going forward. customer service was great and I would recommend this hotel to anyone. check it out- 5 STARS Definitely!!!

great room with a killer view would definitely stay here again our room was upgraded to the 52 floor great view of the city would not gamble there but would stay there again machines were very tight which made for unpleasant gambling

My husband Daniel and I took five days and ran away to Vegas for our honeymoon! We had the choice to stay on the strip but wanted somewhere a tad away, and chose Palms Place! Extremely satisfied with the service and the upkeep of the king suite we stayed in! Highly recommend staying there! A perfect view of the bright lights and the big city!

Few but still inexcusable. As a person who works in the customer service industry I didn't always engage with great customer service with staff. Seeming very cold and disingenuous.

Our research led us to agree upon The Palms & we are delighted we did!!! So much so that The Palms is now our new place to stay when visiting Vegas... From the Manager, Mr. D'Amico whom I deem a "Model" for the Hospitality Industry, to the Front Desk & Housekeeping personnel, to our Concierge Krista the Customer Service was OUTSTANDING. I'll admit, I don't usually take the time to write reviews but because my research included reviews, I feel the need to return the favor plus let everyone know this staff is the Real Deal!!!
